Draft #4

Independence

I found my feet on this draft, blended on July 3, 2020. The previous iterations helped me learn how these ingredients would behave.  I’d describe Draft #4 as “freestyle” rather than following an overly rigid recipe of my own design.  I went with the flow, working from memory for how each of the ingredients integrated with each other.   The result was immensely satisfying, full bodied like Draft #2 but brighter, less brooding, more balanced.  This was also the largest volume blend to date—Four liters.
